Your role and responsibilities

• Person should be responsible for administration & management of three or more technologies listed - Firewall, F5 WAF, F5 SSLO, Ant-DDoS, Packet Broker, Anti-Apt, IPS, etc.

• Person should have worked on any of the one cloud security such as AWS, Azure or GCP cloud

• Managing complete administration including but not limited of creation, modification of rules and configuration, system upgrades.

• Handling escalated calls and providing SME support on above technologies.

• On-boarding of new applications in F5 SSLO, F5 WAF, Packet Broker and handle critical issues for the same.

• Single point of contact for above mentioned technologies.

• Incident management & timely escalation of incident.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Min 6+ years of industry experience as a Network Security engineering on Design, Implementation and troubleshooting Firewall, load balancers, etc Network Security Devices and technologies.

• Implementation and troubleshooting Site to Site VPN (IPSEC VPN)

· F5 Load Balancers Citrix Netscaler and WAF knowledge and working experience would be added advantage.

· Should be able to find out the root cause of issue

• Should be able liaison with OEM support to resolve the issue in timely manner

· Performance tuning of WAF, Firewall etc Network security devices

· Network Security (multi-vendor) experience - Cloud security (Native security controls in AWS / Azure / GCP) & security tool implementation in cloud platform.

· Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket Priority/Severity and Adhere to the ITIL process with zero noncompliance.

· Extensive knowledge of web technologies and concepts

· Prove experience in OWASP Risks, Vulnerabilities and Mitigation Mechanisms

· Understanding of Anti-DDoS techniques and mitigation mechanisms

• Should be able to manage the team and able to handhold the team during troubleshooting

Preferred technical and professional experience

• One or more security certifications: CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, OEM Certification Cisco, F5, Imperva etc
