Aviso Insurance Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Insurance Advisor to join our fast-growing organization. This newly created role reflects the continued growth and success of our existing portfolio.
The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter with a high level of professionalism and a strong desire to build and expand on a successful financial practice. You bring a strong work ethic, a positive, client-first mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering an empowering and exceptional client experience.
In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Wealth, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Facilitate client meetings by developing and presenting tailored financial strategies, recommendations, and solutions that align with client goals and needs
•Support clients through informed advice and proactive planning to ensure an exceptional experience
•Drive business growth by leveraging networking and relationship-building skills to expand your client base
•Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to build trust and deliver clear, actionable guidance
•Supports senior Wealth Protection Specialists with the management of ongoing client relationships to ensure seamless operations and strong client engagement
•Creates and maintains client files, adhering to compliance requirements
•Promote the organization and participate in continuing advisor education opportunities
•Support economic development initiatives and community events
•Support the achievement of branch growth targets as set out in the business plan
Qualifications:
•Possess Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain within first year of employment
•Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives is considered an asset
•Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client-centric service
•Excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships
Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required. Travel may be required.
