Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of practice.
• At least two years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with families and couples.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
