What You'll Be Doing
- Independently lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from definition through execution, delivering against clearly defined goals
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using email, push notifications, SMS and in-app banners
- Creating automated marketing workflows and nurture sequences in our lifecycle tool Braze
- Leverage AI to uplevel and automate work across briefings, asset development and analysis
- Maintain a high bar for quality, accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring campaigns are thoroughly QA’d and executed
- Creating personalized experiences based on customer behaviour and segments
- Collaborating across the company on initiatives, whether that’s working with product teams to launch new features or sales teams on lead nurture strategies
- Be accountable for program outcomes and goals by reporting on performance, sharing learnings and making clear data-driven recommendations
- Identify key customer touchpoints and ensure consistent, high-quality communications throughout the lifecycle
Who You Are
- You bring 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
- You have proficiency working in marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- You demonstrate a proven track record of building lifecycle marketing programs quickly, with a high level of polish
- You have a strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioural analytics, and predictive modelling
- You apply a strategic mindset to translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs
- You show a knack for gathering, analyzing and reporting on campaign data, with the goal of finding opportunities for improvement
- You excel in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- You use data-driven decision-making skills to explain your impact and inform what to do next
- You are able to write email copy, tweak existing email designs, and support at every stage in the lifecycle marketing process
- You have excellent organizational skills and are highly detail-oriented
- Able to join us in our Toronto office 2 days a week
Nice to Have
- Leveraged AI tools to scale lifecycle programs more efficiently
- Experience working in a growth stage startup environment
- Familiarity with tools like Sigma, Tableau, Mixpanel, Mode or other reporting tools
- Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML and marketing automation languages (ie. Liquid)
