Description
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Security Guards to join our team at a site located in Carol Stream, IL 60188.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to follow instructions, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hourly foot patrols of the facility.
- Maintain a visible and vigilant security presence at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members and site personnel.
- Control site access at the entrance gate for employees
- Prepare and submit daily activity/incident reports to Supervisor.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.99 per hour | Biweekly Pay
Qualifications & Requirements
-Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Reliable transportation to get to work is required
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong attention to detail and professionalism
-Ability to follow directions and provide clear instructions when needed
