SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting Vision Room Technician in the operation and production maintenance of the automated vision inspection systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operate automated vision equipment.
· Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems.
· Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed.
· Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing.
· Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment.
· O-Ring packaging and warehousing.
· Perform other duties as required or requested.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
· None
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
· Must have relevant technical skills.
· Must be able to use SAP software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells.
· Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time.
