About Syncro

Syncro is an all-in-one PSA + RMM platform that helps IT teams at growing businesses manage devices, tickets, billing, and automation in a single place, serving both service providers and Internal IT teams. We’re looking for an Account Executive focused on Internal IT to help build and scale this motion.

The Opportunity

You’ll own a full-cycle sales role selling Syncro into Internal IT teams at SMB and mid-market companies. You’ll work a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, partnering closely with an Outbound SDR, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to run high-quality, consultative sales cycles.

This is a great fit if you enjoy building playbooks, messaging, and pipeline, while still carrying and closing your own deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Internal IT sales motion
    • Manage a territory of target accounts with Internal IT teams.
    • Run full-cycle deals: prospecting, discovery, demos, evaluations, and closing.

  • Drive net-new and expansion revenue
    • Work inbound leads from Internal IT and related buyers.
    • Partner with an Outbound SDR to break into high-potential accounts.
    • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.

  • Run consultative, value-driven sales cycles
    • Lead discovery to understand tools, workflows, and pain points across support, device management, and automation.
    • Tailor demos (with SE support when needed) to show how Syncro consolidates tooling and simplifies operations.
    • Build clear business cases that connect Syncro to efficiency, risk reduction, and cost savings.

  • Collaborate across go-to-market
    • Work with SDRs on target accounts, sequences, and follow-up strategies.
    • Share feedback with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and content that resonate with Internal IT buyers.
    • Provide structured product feedback from the field to help inform roadmap discussions.

  • Help build a repeatable playbook
    • Contribute to defining ICP, personas, talk tracks, and qualification criteria for Internal IT.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
    • Document what works so we can scale the motion, not just one rep.

Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling to IT buyers (Internal IT, IT Ops, Help Desk, Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Experience with products like:
    • PSA, RMM, ITSM, endpoint management, remote support, or adjacent IT tooling.
  • Consistent track record of:
    • Meeting or exceeding quota in an SMB or mid-market segment.
    • Running structured discovery and managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative chops:
    • You’re comfortable mapping technical capabilities to business outcomes.
    • You know how to navigate IT, finance, and operations stakeholders in the same deal.
  • You like build mode:
    • Comfortable testing new approaches, refining messaging, and helping to shape the GTM plan for a growing segment.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Direct experience selling into Internal IT teams.
  • Background in MSP tooling or IT operations tools.
  • Experience as an early AE on a new product or segment.
