Act III Holdings, LLC is seeking a diligent Investment Analyst to join our investment team. In this role you will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities in consumer-facing restaurant and experiential brands. You will conduct market research, perform financial analysis, help prepare investment materials, and contribute to portfolio performance tracking. This position plays a key role in informing investment decisions and supporting our mission to partner with founders to build category-leading companies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis to support investment decisions
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with due diligence efforts including gathering and synthesizing data
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation for internal review
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare periodic reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, strategy, and analytics
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed to enhance the investment process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related roles within venture capital or private equity.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial analysis software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A passion for the restaurant and entertainment industries, with a keen interest in emerging market trends.
