Our warehouse is the heartbeat of the company — and we’re looking for a Warehouse Distribution Coordinator who’s ready to keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled wrench.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader for organizing, training, and making sure everything flows like clockwork. You’ll set the tone, model our core values, and make sure materials and people are always moving in the right direction.

In a typical day, you’ll:

• Manage distribution processes and standard operating procedures
• Plan and pick up material and equipment, making multiple runs throughout the work day.
• Plan and allocate materials to meet operational and production goals
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running tight
• Communicate clearly across teams — from field techs to delivery drivers to leadership
• Track product inventory and upload photos through company software
• Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed.

Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT

You thrive on teamwork, structure, and problem-solving. You take pride in your work, show up early, and don’t wait to be told what to do — you just do it.

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse operations role
• Valid driver’s license (DOT Medical Card or ability to get one — company paid!)
• Able to lift 75 lbs — this is real work with physical requirements with added bonus of your own desk, too.
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Self-starter who embraces change and owns results!
