Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hospital policies and procedures to assist families accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate patient care and service improvement.
  • Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records of customer communications and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services is a plus.
