Responsibilities
- Account strategy development, e.g. account and solution growth planning and specifics
- Statement of Work (SOW) and Level of Effort (LOE) management and oversight, establish and maintain best practices
- Identify and support deepening client relationships
- ROI Validation for consultant/client events across accounts
- Maintain visibility to and understand comparable rates and rate cards in market or accounts in purview
- Apply subject matter expertise to sell consulting engagements within our core capabilities
- Evaluate, prioritize and manage activities specific to account management as a function aligned with Unify’s objectives and the team’s needs
- Identify and support leadership development for Account leaders
- Provide performance feedback to account directors and escalate issues when appropriate
- Listen to account team concerns, seek themes and support continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with managing directors, practice leaders and business development in market of responsibility
- Maintain excellent delivery work
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience successfully growing an account with consulting services.
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting domain aligned with one or more of Unify’s consulting practice areas.
- Prior experience managing delivery of consulting services with demonstrated growth within a client domain.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality delivery work while taking on an internal role
- Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; the ability to communicate with executives and team members effectively.
