F&F Properties in UTC/La Jolla is hosting an active hiring event at our office for strong sales driven candidates on Thursday, Jan 15th at 2:30 PM — this isn’t a “come hear about us” thing. We’re actively hiring with multiple leasing agent openings and we’ll be moving quickly from the open house style event to interviews + offers for the right people. Prior experience is not required.

If you’ve thrived in sales, leasing, hospitality, concierge, banquets, luxury retail, banking, or B2B sales, you’ll recognize the pace: fast follow-up, lots of conversations, clear goals, and earning more when you perform.

Comp range: $75K–$100K average annual earnings with the ability to earn over $100,000 in your first year (commission based and performance-driven)

Benefits

Full time position with base pay and commissions based on leases signed. The pay range including base and commissions is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, with built in incentives monthly and quarterly.
