- Maintain knowledge of Gigawatts Electric’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in a live chat role.
- Exceptional written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies.
- Ability to solve problems effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
