The work

The ServiceNow Administrator will work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.  Validates the configuration of business data and supports the technical team for any required custom development.  Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
  • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
  • Ensure ServiceNow runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
  • Requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables

 

Here’s what you need:

  • 2+ years ServiceNow System Administration experience
  • Experience with functional requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
  • Eligible to obtain a Secret government clearance

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$76,100—$136,700 USD
