You Are:
As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management plan during the transition-in process for the program. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to meet Task Order performance expectations and objectives. In this role, you will need experience in Quality Assurance Program Development, Compliance Monitoring, and Process Improvement. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvement initiatives will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and quality outcomes. Furthermore, your expertise in Risk Management, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and Documentation and Records Management will ensure that all deliverables meet contractual specifications and government standards.
Effective communication skills will also be essential as you serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with the government client, program managers, and subcontractors. Overall, your role as a Quality Management Lead will require a strong background in quality management, process optimization, and stakeholder communication. Your ability to develop and maintain comprehensive QA programs, track quality KPIs, and lead corrective processes will be key in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the program. With your experience in compliance monitoring, defect tracking, and performance metrics reporting, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining contract compliance.
The Work:
- Implement and manage the quality management plan for the program transition-in process
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA program that aligns with contract requirements, government standards, and industry best practices
- Ensure all deliverables meet contractual specifications, federal regulations, and agency-specific quality standards
- Monitor and manage defect identification, documentation, and resolution processes
- Define and track quality KPIs
- Prepare for and support government audits, quality reviews, and surveillance activities
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis, lessons learned, and industry benchmarking
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members understand quality standards, procedures, and their role in maintaining contract compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with the government client, program managers, and subcontractors
- Lead the CAPA process to address non-conformances, implement corrective measures, and prevent recurrence of quality issues
- Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection reports, and documentation required for contract deliverables and government oversight
Here's What You Need:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or technical field or 4 years of additional experience.
- 8 years of experience in IT operations management and quality control
- Must possess proficiency in documentation development, performance metrics, improvement strategies, leadership, and team management.
- Power BI and dashboard creation experience
Bonus Points If You Have:
- One or more the following certifications: PMP, ITIL Foundation
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ)
- Experience with CMMI, ISO, or NIST frameworks
- Knowledge of risk management strategies in quality control
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control plans

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
