Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Shifts span from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, across all four students.
The final schedule is flexible and will be made to accommodate the schedules of each student hired.
Each shift will not exceed 8 hours.
Pay:
$18 / hour
Job Description:
We are a marketing company located in Henderson, NV that needs to hire four part-time Front Desk Work Study Students to manage our reception area and support our administrative department. Being the first face of Red Dog Media for all visitors, candidates, and employees visiting our office, we need someone who is friendly, polite, and professional. We would like to hire a student who would want to split their working hours 50/50 - dedicating half of their workday to reception administrative tasks and using the other half to study and complete schoolwork. Our office is open Monday through Friday, with shifts that span from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, across all four students. The final schedule is flexible and will be made to accommodate the schedules of each student hired. Each shift will not exceed 8 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties - greeting and directing office guests
- Distributing packages and mail
- Maintaining office inventory
- Assist administrative team with overflow tasks
- Personal school work
Required Skills:
- Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Flexible and able to change courses smoothly
