Position Overview:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership. You’ll manage incoming calls, greet guests, and provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience.
This role requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a warm, customer-first attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers, guests, and vendors promptly and professionally
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer coordination tasks
- Assist with scheduling vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support dealership operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional office or customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
