In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our properties. Your experience and technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining our high standards of resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including complex repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance servicing.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and preventative measures.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents, ensuring timely resolution to issues.
- Lead maintenance projects and guide junior maintenance staff on best practices and techniques.
- Maintain records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed, ensuring accurate inventory management of tools and materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for turnover, ensuring they meet company standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a residential or property management setting.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to be available on-call for emergency repairs as necessary.
