Gibbs Oil Company is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team.
This position is located at our busy convenience store, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store while delivering exceptional customer service.
As the Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the store manager to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and training.
- Maintaining store presentation and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Managing inventory, placing orders, and stocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Assisting with sales goals and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Performing regular audits of cash handling and daily transactions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
