ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations of the property by delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. This role supports resident amenities, coordinates access and service requests, assists concierge operations, and maintains professionalism at all times.

Essential Job Functions

· Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, to support daily operations and administrative tasks.

· Assist residents with offered amenities, including but not limited to:

· Coordinating parking access and retrieving vehicles as needed

· Checking in and assisting contractors and vendors

· Coordinating move-in and move-out activities

· Scheduling and facilitating third-party services upon request

· Provide support to the concierge team, including assisting with deliveries and providing coverage for breaks as needed.

· Input work orders accurately and timely as directed by management, supervisors, or residents.

· Maintain cleanliness and order of the residential front drive, parking garage, and lobby areas.

· Assist in issuing, tracking, and maintaining property access cards and credentials.

· Perform other related duties as assigned to support property operations and resident satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

· Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally using proper telephone etiquette.

· Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers at all times.

· Ensure a neat, clean, organized, and safe work environment in all assigned areas.

Requirements

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to work

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace

· Previous experience in a condominium, hotel, or apartment management environment preferred

· Experience using property management software and standard office applications preferred
