Job description
At The Social Hub, we’re building a movement where people come together to learn, stay, work, and play. To support our growth in Spain, we’re looking for an interim commercial leader to set up and strengthen our commercial structure with a clear focus on increasing corporate business share across our hubs in Barcelona, Madrid, and San Sebastian. This is an interim assignment for the duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with the goal of setting the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success in the corporate segment.
Your areas of responsibility
- Build, guide, and empower a high-performing commercial team focused on B2B and corporate segments
- Define and implement strategic sales plans to grow our share in the corporate travel, meetings, and long-stay markets
- Strengthen relationships with key local and national corporate partners, agencies, and relocation networks
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive demand and visibility within the corporate community
- Track and optimize commercial performance while embedding a results-driven and connection-oriented mindset across the team
