Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products, processes, and documentation comply with quality standards
- Participate in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions
- Review technical documentation, inspection records, and test data for accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
- Maintain quality metrics, track nonconformances, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct internal quality audits and provide support for external audit activities to ensure compliance with quality management standards and continuous improvement
- Oversee QA quality reviews, reconciliation, CI lifecycle states, normalization, and compliance with federal program standards
- Liaise with Government stakeholders on quality assurance (QA) and configuration management to ensure quality standards and effective process control are maintained
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree)
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance-related roles
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and CMDB modeling
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience working with Federal Government programs
- Experience with:
- AWS, Jenkins, Sharepoint
- Nuvolo modules (Clinical Asset Management, Facilities, Maintenance, Space, Real Estate, Field Service)
- Experience in Agile ALM/collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)/Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) Certified

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
