Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Educate customers about our gaming services and offerings.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta.
- Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry will be beneficial.
