Job Overview

The Return Supervisor is responsible for managing all return-related operations within the warehouse, including failed-delivery parcel handling, return workflow accuracy, exception management, and communication with e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Return Operations Management(退货管理)

  • Oversee all processes related to failed-delivery parcels.
  • Manage collection, scanning, classification, and storage of returned packages.
  • Ensure return processes comply with company standards and platform requirements.

2. Workflow & System Operations(流程与系统操作)

  • Perform system-based tasks including return scanning, exception input, parcel sign-in, and outbound processing.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all system records.
  • Identify and escalate system or workflow issues when necessary.

3. Exception Handling(异常管理)

  • Investigate return-related anomalies (missing items, damages, discrepancies, etc.).
  • Organize photo/video evidence and submit to relevant platforms or internal teams.
  • Follow up on unresolved exceptions until closure.

4. Communication & Coordination(对接与沟通)

  • Coordinate with platform customer service teams (Temu / TikTok / SHEIN) regarding return issues.
  • Provide documentation, reconciliation information, and supplemental evidence as required.
  • Maintain clear communication with warehouse teams and supervisors.

5. Reporting & KPI Management(数据管理)

  • Produce daily and weekly return reports.
  • Track metrics such as return inventory levels, pending items, aging inventory, and invalid/expired parcels.
  • Analyze data trends and propose optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or return-processing operations.
  • Familiarity with return workflows for e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Bilingual Mandarin and English is required
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
