  • Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

Summary/Objective:


The Senior Process Analyst serves as a champion of enterprise-wide performance excellence, leading complex process improvement initiatives that have significant impact across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and implementing advanced business process management strategies, mentoring process analysts and facilitators, and influencing decision-making. The Senior Process Analyst partners with leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensures alignment with long-term strategic goals, and leads enterprise-level projects that deliver measurable value to members and stakeholders. This position requires expert-level proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, business process management, and change leadership as well as the ability to perform statistical analysis to identify trends, validate improvements, and support data-driven decision making.

Essential Functions include:

  • Lead transformational and innovative process improvement events across key business processes, resolving highly complex issues and maximizing value for members. Apply advanced facilitation techniques, change management strategies, and data drive decision making to ensure adoption and long-term success.
  • Influence and collaborate with leadership and process owners to optimize key process performance using data and deep organizational knowledge. Ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals to enable the achievement of strategic KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma certified individuals including Process Analysts, Facilitators, and yellow belts, building internal capability and fostering a culture of performance excellence.
  • Support the governance and evolution of the enterprise performance excellence framework, integrating best practices and ensuring sustainable value delivery to members and stakeholders. Prepare and present progress and realized results to senior leadership.
  • Continuously monitor the performance excellence landscape and financial industry trends to inform strategy and performance excellence initiatives.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required)
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, continuous improvement, or similar
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent process improvement certification) or greater
  • Experience designing and implementing business process management strategies at the organizational level
  • Proven expertise in advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and process optimization
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others in process improvement
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interface at all levels of the organization

Preferred Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Experience with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
  • Experience using hypotheses-driven problem solving
  • Banking and/or FinTech background
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, Tableau, Power BI) and process
    management software  


Work Environment:

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full time,  40 hours per week

Compensation:

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $81,788 and $98,145  annual salary, plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Anticipated Application Window:
