As a Senior Project Manager at EC Electric, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
• Developing project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Managing project budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs.
• Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Preparing and presenting regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and challenges proactively.
• Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Benefits

Salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 annually.

Opportunity for a discretionary year end bonus.

401k with a 40% employer match (up to federal limit.)
