We are seeking a dynamic, personable, organized and business versed individual. The Property Manager is responsible for generating leads, leasing salon suites to beauty professionals and managing three properties in the Frederick/Hagerstown/Ellicott City areas. You will be our front face for touring and renting suites to cosmetology professionals and thereby help them run and start their own salons. This person will act as the right arm for the owners by representing our brand, its values and standards.---LOCAL ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!

Candidates with some sales background will excel in this position. Salon industry knowledge/experience is helpful but not required.

Job responsibilities:

- Leverage social media (Instagram and Facebook) to find and nurture new leads.

- Setup and conduct tours of the facility to prospects.

- Support current tenants with ongoing property management needs.

- Monitor all tenants (stylists) billing each week and resolve payment issues, as and when they come up.

- Respond to phone calls and emails inquiries.

- Create a database of salon professionals and manage email and text campaigns.

- Be available on the phone/social media during off hours, to respond to inquiries, occasionally.

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications:

- 2+ years of sales experience is desirable.

- People skills and enjoys helping others succeed.

- Self-starter, organized and a pro-active communicator.

- Proficiency with social media.

- Attention to details.

- Result oriented and a go-getter attitude.

- Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry is desired.

- Excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time (10-15 hours per week).

Pay: Hourly, plus commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Experience: 2-3 years.

Education: High School, GED or Associate as a basis.

Experience: Sales experience (preferred).

License/certification: Driver's license (required).
