Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager who will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills to manage our client accounts and drive loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, feedback, and needs efficiently.
• Develop and implement client relationship strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of brand initiatives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and assess their experience with our products and services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and address any issues promptly to uphold our brand reputation.
• Organize and participate in events or promotions that engage our client base and build community.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple client accounts.
