Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support property management operations.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants.
- Schedule property viewings, maintenance appointments, and meetings for the management team.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to property leases, renewals, and tenant correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and records for properties, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance work and property inspections.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and property management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
