Description

Seeking a cleared ServiceNow CMDB & ITAM Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, CMDB, and ITSM. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions, integrating with SIEM tools, and driving architectural best practices across multiple platforms.

Salary: 140-170K

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectures, methodologies, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions across diverse environments.
• Lead deployments and operations for Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Ensure alignment with technology roadmaps; evaluate new technologies and integration approaches.
• Review technical designs for quality, standards compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Influence technical decisions at leadership levels using strong domain expertise.
• Mentor junior team members and promote excellence in software design and development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow SecOps experience (SIR/VR).
• Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM processes, and how they support Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable, Splunk).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system architecture skills.
• Experience designing, integrating, and testing multi-platform software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Highly Preferred:
• ServiceNow Security Incident Response Implementation
• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation

• Preferred:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• CIS – IT Service Management
