We're hiring an Account Coordinator to join our agency team. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with client account management, making it ideal for someone who wants to build both technical marketing skills and client relationship experience.

This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to specialize in areas like project management, strategy, or specific marketing channels based on your interests and strengths.

What You'll Do:

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO)
  • Create and schedule social media content for client accounts
  • Build and send email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and design
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports
  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization
  • Source imagery, manage content entry, and proofread marketing materials
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
  • Edit photos and videos
  • Develop scripts for videos
  • Write website content

Account Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage incoming client requests and coordinate responses with internal teams
  • Prepare client-facing reports and presentations
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to keep projects on track
  • Manage timelines and help organize resources across multiple client projects
  • Track budgets and ensure projects stay within scope
  • Identify potential issues early and communicate proactively with the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, equivalent practical experience, OR completed an in-person internship at a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and brand voice
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems
  • Exposure to project management tools (Basecamp)
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools
  • Understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
  • Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
