YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a Data & Process Automation Intern to join our Business Transformation team, supporting key initiatives across Catalog, Content, and Operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, automating workflows, and managing projects that improve how our Q-Commerce teams operate. You’ll help optimize processes, visualize performance metrics, and drive efficiency across day-to-day operations.
THE JOURNEY
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs across Content, Catalog, and Ops (e.g. SLAs, agent productivity, #onboardings, AHT, operational performance).
- Support data collection, cleaning, and reporting from various sources (Salesforce, Sheets, PIM, etc.).
- Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual work and connect internal systems.
- Act as a junior project manager for selected Business Transformation initiatives — define timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Document workflows, track metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Collaborate with local and HQ teams to identify data gaps and process inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Strong interest in data, automation, and project management.
- Experience (academic or self-taught) with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Clear communicator and proactive problem solver, comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.
We believe driven talent deserves:
- 🍔 Monthly Glovo credits to satisfy your cravings!
- 🏊 Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized.
- 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!
- 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery.
- 🧠 Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.
Here at Glovo, we thrive on diversity, we believe it enhances our teams, products, and culture. We know that the best ideas come from a mashup of brilliant diverse minds. This is why we are committed to providing equal opportunities to talent from all backgrounds - all genders, racial/diverse backgrounds, abilities, ages, sexual orientations and all other unique characteristics that make you YOU. We will encourage you to bring your authentic self to work, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard.
Feel free to note your pronouns in your application (e.g., she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/theirs, etc).
