Primary Function of Position As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Operations leads and optimizes a high-performing, globally distributed recruiting coordination team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and consistent high-quality execution across international recruiting operations. You will foster a collaborative, innovative culture, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and external vendors to evolve and deliver world-class candidate experiences and process enhancements, ensuring scalability and positive outcomes on a global scale.
Essential Job Duties
- Lead and develop a global team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring consistent execution, dependability, and continuous improvement in high-volume, high-growth environments.
- Supervise and guide regional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC; oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and operational alignment.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition (TA), HR, business leadership, and external partners.
- Design, optimize, and maintain global strategies for recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, pre-hire support, and candidate management.
- Drive process efficiency by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation and AI-powered solutions, and scaling best practices globally.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across regions.
- Lead and contribute to global transformation projects focused on process enhancement, technology adoption, and candidate experience.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, balancing global standards with local nuances, ensuring adaptability and productivity.
- Manage escalations, deliver exceptional experiences for candidates, managers, recruiters, and interviewers, and ensure alignment with service excellence goals.
- Implement and monitor key performance metrics, service levels (SLAs), productivity, and team effectiveness; prepare and present data-driven reports to TA and HR leadership.
- Establish excellence in data management, compliance, and audit administration to enable informed business decisions and risk mitigation.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines, service delivery, and improvement opportunities.
- Determine staffing models for volume-driven hiring; ensure goals are met and resources aligned.
- Lead or contribute to global customer experience transformation initiatives, supporting scalability, operational excellence, and technology adoption.
- Facilitate change in a high-growth, dynamic environment, balancing standardization with localization and compliance.
- Oversee complex, global scheduling operations and large-scale interview processes.
- Monitor team capacity, regional workload, SLA performance, and identify improvement areas.
- Hold regular syncs (Zoom) with global and regional team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations, with a track record in transformation, process optimization, and vendor management within large, global companies
- 5+ years as a people manager with direct or dotted-line team oversight, preferably in matrixed, fast-paced organizations.
Required Education and Training
- Minimum BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency on a global scale.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM/ATS and AI-driven workflow or scheduling tools

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
