- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und Employer Branding – idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Dein Plus im Tech-Recruiting
- Du gehst sicher mit digitalen Plattformen und externen Partnern (z. B. VONQ, Skilconomy) um, um Tech-Talente gezielt anzusprechen.
- Du entwickelst und setzt innovative, technologiegestützte Recruiting-Strategien um – insbesondere zur Gewinnung von Fachkräften im technischen Umfeld.
- Du nutzt Social-Media-Plattformen für Employer Branding und Active Sourcing im Tech-Bereich effektiv.
