Job Information
The Documentation Coordinator is part of FloWorks’ shared services team, supporting multiple departments and branch locations. This role is responsible for analyzing documentation requirements for customer purchase orders, sourcing and compiling documentation packages, and ensuring compliance with customer and vendor standards. The Documentation Specialist works closely with Expediters, Sales, and external partners as the primary point of contact for documentation-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, copy, and distribute all required documentation for customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate documentation submittals in partnership with Expediters to meet project and customer timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date document sources and ensure the latest revisions are available through various channels, including vendor websites, internal documentation libraries, and hard copy literature.
- Manage documentation workflows and tracking using Smartsheet and other internal systems.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in area of responsibility preferred

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required.
