What you'll be doing
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance processes.
- Support Project Managers with schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Analyse project data and prepare detailed reports for sponsors and teams.
- Audit project documentation and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and enhance project tools and templates.
- Facilitate benefits identification and realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training programmes.
What you'll bring
- Relevant degree, HNC, or equivalent experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of risk, cost, and schedule management.
- Experience with governance frameworks and lifecycle methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Risk software, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- APM PFQ/PMQ or equivalent qualifications.
- Certification in project control elements (Risk, Schedule, Cost).
- Experience working with MoD or complex stakeholder environments.
