Senior Digital Data Tracking & Integration Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

  • Act as Product Owner for Google Tag Manager (web and server-side) and the Consent Management Platform (CMP), ensuring precise, compliant, and future-ready data collection.
  • Translate business, analytics, and compliance requirements into robust technical tracking concepts and design scalable dataLayer and tracking frameworks for reliable, high-quality data.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement dataLayer structures and perform rigorous QA to validate, debug, and maintain data accuracy across platforms.
  • Ensure regional compliance (e.g., GDPR) by overseeing consent processes, privacy audits, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Continuously optimize GTM and CMP setups using modern templates, server-side tagging, and best practices; research emerging tracking technologies to maintain a future-ready infrastructure.
  • Drive automation, documentation, and governance improvements across tracking workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with Analytics, Marketing, Legal, and Development teams; communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Lead cross-department alignments and advocate for data-driven decision-making.

 

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

  •  4+ years in digital analytics, web tracking, or technical marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (web and server-side) and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong understanding of dataLayer architecture, event tracking, and data validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (preferably Usercentrics) and GDPR compliance.
  • Excellent command of JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools (Tag Assistant, DevTools).
  • Ability to design, document, and maintain structured tracking frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  •  Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
