The Talent Intelligence Team at Amdocs is a strategic unit within the Global Reward & Talent Organization, serving as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Business HR.

This is a senior IC / managerial equivalent role, who will join our close knit team to craft the Talent Intelligence agenda for Amdocs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for research, and a proven track record of delivering data driven stories to executive management.

Previous experience in Talent Intelligence is a must.

All you need is...

Required experience and skills:

  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in Talent Intelligence roles
  • Proven proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling data-based stories
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling through data, with ability to lead presentations and discussions with senior leaders

  • Engage with global stakeholders to understand business context, shape research objectives, and build a robust project pipeline
  • Deliver high-impact talent intelligence stories and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain and optimize the vendor stack to ensure comprehensive coverage of locations, research topics, and data sources
  • Areas of focus: Location intelligence, Competitor intelligence, Talent pool analysis, EVP, DEI, HR best practices, and emerging talent trends
