Alternance Customer Operations (h/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Processing customer orders and restocking requests
- Handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing order cancellations and amendments
- Updating and maintaining activity tracking dashboards
- Monitoring incoming customer payments
- Managing and following up on customer credit limits
- Coordinating transportation and delivery requests
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in commercial management or a related field
- Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset
- Confident and professional in customer interactions
- Passionate about the fashion and lifestyle industry
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Solid command of English, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in French is required
