Management Level:

Summary:  This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.  These positions could work in any department of the TCCS facility. This position requires you to lift product with the use of your hands and arms above shoulder level. Must be willing to repeatedly push, pull, carry and lift up to 80 pounds. Must be willing to work in cold temperatures from 40F to -15F and willing to stand 8-12 hours a day.  ATTENTION: These positions also may involve the use of heavy equipment. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements: 

Must be willing to work any shift. TCCS works up to 6 days a week, three shifts, 8-12 hour shifts.

Pay Range/Rate:

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson’s total compensation package.
