About the Role:

As a Biddable Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid media campaignsacross various digital platforms. You will support in the development of paid media strategies that ladder back toclient’s business and campaign objectives. You will work with your team to ensure best practices are maintained,in addition to continually innovating and exploring new opportunities to grow digital investment.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital advertising, performance marketing and data-drivendecision-making, looking to drive impactful results in a fast-paced agency environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute biddable media strategies across search and social platforms
  • Manage campaign setup, optimisation and reporting to ensure KPIs are met
  • Oversee budget allocation and bid strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyse performance data and generate insights to optimise campaigns and improve efficiency
  • Overseeing media activity and ensuring financial excellence
  • Support with regular reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing results and providingrecommendations to enhance future opportunities
  • Work closely with creative, account and data teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Help train and mentor junior team members, supporting their workload and the prioritisation of tasks
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends, platform updates and best practices to provide innovative solutionsfor clients

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
