About our team
Welcome to the Corporate Advisory team. We create value by managing the Internal Framework, advising teams on corporate and legal matters, and supporting with administrative tasks. We focus on improving and automating workflows, enabling us to focus on strategic tasks and initiatives. Joining us means collaborating across the organization, enhancing efficiency in workflows, and improving the governance and reporting standards.
Our team of five is spread across Luxembourg, Finland and Germany. In our team, we take pride in what we do, prioritise a learning culture and aim to have fun in our daily work.

What you’ll be doing
You will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions using PowerApps, Power BI & and SharePoint, helping us streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the organization.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and approval processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build and customize Power Apps to support internal processes.
- Design and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI to enhance transparency and decision-making.
- Integrate and enhance SharePoint functionality, including workflows, forms and reporting tools.
- Contribute to data and framework management using Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query).
- Collaborate across teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all solutions and ensure it is up to date.
- Assist with corporate projects, including preparing presentations and other deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business need.
- Support colleagues in adopting new tools, providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance.
- Contribute to ongoing digitalization initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with the ability to understand business processes and regulatory contexts. Prior experience in financial services or asset management is helpful, but not required – we will support you in building this knowledge.
To do well in this role, we believe that you:
- Have a solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
- Have good understanding of SharePoint and how to build solutions around document and information management.
- Have proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, automation with Power Query/VBA).
- Are able to design workflows and optimise business processes.
- Have analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Are self-motivated, solution-oriented and have a can-do attitude.
- Do not hesitate to take on new challenges and proactively seek information to get things done.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities effectively and working collaboratively with others.
- Have proficient communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
Your experience and background:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
- Prior exposure to or strong interest in financial markets.
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with data integration (e.g. linking external data sources to SharePoint/Power BI).
- Basic programming/scripting skills (R, Python, JavaScript, SQL or VBA).
- Experience creating presentations and supporting corporate projects.
- Background in financial services, asset management, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, or governance-related processes.
