Permanent contract / Roehampton, South West 

Hybrid working possible, subject to agreement with Campus Director / Management

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to join our Academic Management team. This role is pivotal in supporting academic operations and enhancing the student journey. Your Role

  • Monitor academic mailboxes and respond to day-to-day queries.
  • Act as the point of contact for the campus and wider institution in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Assist in tracking student engagement, absences, and survey response rates.
  • Coordinate examination timetables and support field trip organization.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth student lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with faculty and lecturers on academic matters.
  • Support campus events including graduations, open days, alumni activities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Own parts of the arrivals and induction process for new students.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to institutional initiatives.

About You

  • Level 5 qualification or higher.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in higher education and working in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of educational processes, ideally within hospitality schools.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
