Mountain Creek Veterinary Clinic
Are you a people person who loves pets just as much as their owners? Mountain Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our lovely, long-standing team.
Our clinic is known for its friendly atmosphere, dedicated staff, and strong relationships with our clients. As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring every client and patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing calls, emails, and appointment bookings
Assisting with ordering and administrative tasks
Supporting our vets and nurses in delivering outstanding service
A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a good sense of humour are a must — we’re a team that values supportive, upbeat energy.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can start in early December. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Previous veterinary reception experience
Familiarity with RX Works (beneficial but not essential)
Strong customer service skills and a love for animals
A team-focused, proactive approach
