What you'll build
As a Sourcing (Procurement) Associate, you will support both operational and tactical purchasing processes across all commodities for LATAM/North Americas region, acting as a central support center. In this role, you will be expected to effectively manage sourcing events and collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will handle end-to-end processes for requests for proposals (RFPs), thoroughly assessing proposals to identify the most suitable options for SAP.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing events
- Collaborate with project stakeholders
- End-to-end handling of request for proposals
- Conduct vendor negotiations and prepare contracts
- Communicate with suppliers and SAP internal departments
- Seek continuously opportunities for improvements, innovations, and savings
- Support rollout projects and engage with key departments
This role is supporting LATAM region, so please expect working in different time zones times (for example start at 10-11 and working until 7-8PM.

Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality results and continuously improving technical skills and efficiency.
- Proactive, responsive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work under pressure and in international teams.
- Strong interest in negotiations. Background within Procurement is a plus.
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Ariba and procurement environments is a plus.
- Open-minded, team-oriented, with a flexible work style and a can-do attitude, able to drive and embrace change.
We are open to hire in both locations - Prague and Buenos Aires.
