  • Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group’s duty free, air travel and cruises business.

We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.

Your mission

You will be part of a dynamic Specialty Whiskies global brand team responsible for fostering brand desire through impactful and consumer-centric communications. Your role is pivotal in ensuring consistent messaging is aligned with the brand’s identity and values across diverse channels. You will collaborate with creative and media partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive brand growth. 

Who you’ll be working with

Internally, You’ll be reporting into the Head of Comms, Digital & Partnerships. The role also works closely with CCMs, Digital, Culture, Architecture, Center of Excellence, Markets

Externally, you will be working with creative agencies

Key Accountabilities

Development of global and regional communication campaigns, ensuring:

  • Understanding of consumer insights, media planning & digital marketing needs in key Markets (C.A.M)
  • Collaborative relationships with creative partners e.g. creative agencies
  • Development of inspiring briefs that inspire our creative and media agencies to deliver best in class work
  • Budget control and compliance with working / non-working budget guidelines
  • Integration of visual identity imperatives

Implement pre and post-testing protocols to maximize asset quality and effectiveness

Measure Performance and Results

  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate the impact of communication and content initiatives.
  • Analyse data to derive insights and inform future strategies, ensuring a results-oriented approach.
  • Report on key performance indicators to stakeholders, demonstrating the value of communication efforts.

Managing A&P, monitoring and controlling budget for own projects.

Requirements/Capabilities

  • Previous experience in developing and executing integrated communication campaigns across multiple markets, with a strong understanding of consumer insights and digital media. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative agencies and internal stakeholders, delivering clear and inspiring briefs that lead to impactful creative output. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in setting KPIs, analysing campaign performance, and using data to optimise future communications strategies.
