The Department of Neurology seeks an experienced Research Project Manager to manage and coordinate all aspects of Dr. Eliza Miller’s clinical research program in women’s brain health. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience (master’s degree preferred) in health services, health administration, public health, or a related field, and will have three or more years of experience in clinical research, including both clinical trials and observational studies. Primary responsibilities will include IRB submissions and modifications; management and coordination of multi-site clinical research studies; development of standard operating procedure manuals for studies; assistance with preparation of progress reports and funding applications; and assistance with recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical research staff. Experience with designing REDCap databases is preferred but not required.
Manages all aspects of one or more projects for a research program and oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle. Provides leadership, technical direction, coordination, and expertise across projects. Analyzes progress and/or performance and prepares reports. Ensures compliance with budget, scope, timeline, and regulations. Assists with external communications.

Manages all aspects of one or more research projects for the Miller Lab research program, including the planning, design, and implementation.
• Oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle (e.g., planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery).
• Assures project management tasks are completed on time, in scope, and in adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Coordinates the work activities for and across multiple functions; ensures completion of projects.
• Provides leadership, technical direction, and expertise across projects.
• Tracks and prepares analyses of progress and/or associated performance indicators against milestones, including budgetary adherence to guidelines. Facilitates reporting of data for better understanding and improvement of outcomes. Prepares reports for senior management.
• Maintains applicable government and regulatory body communication.
