About the Role
Job Title: Warehouse Incharge – IMFL
Location: Ambala
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Incharge to manage end-to-end operations of our IMFL warehouse. The role involves supervising warehouse activities, logistics coordination, and daily excise compliance. The person will be the only company executive at the location and will work closely with the C&F contractor team.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and dispatch of IMFL stock.
· Maintain accurate inventory with daily stock checks and reconciliations.
· Plan and coordinate logistics, dispatches, and transporter management.
· Handle all excise-related documentation: e-permits, gate passes, stock registers, inspections.
· Ensure compliance with State Excise norms and warehouse license conditions.
· Supervise and guide C&F contractor staff (loaders, supervisors, DEOs).
· Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
· Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports.
Candidate Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline; supply chain/logistics certification preferred.
· 3–8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (IMFL, FMCG, beverages preferred).
· Strong knowledge of State Excise procedures is a big advantage.
· Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
· Ability to handle responsibility independently as the sole company representative.
