We are a beauty start up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 120 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager or Trade Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies that strengthen Yepoda’s presence in the trade environment, especially with retailers such as Sephora. You will ensure consistent brand representation across all retail touchpoints and support impactful launches and activations.
Your Tasks
Position Yepoda effectively within retail environments and ensure strong brand visibility
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for launches, promotions, and merchandising
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to create and deliver tailored trade campaigns and activations
Work with the in house Creative team on in store displays, visual merchandising, and point of sale materials
Support the sales team with trade marketing tools, content, and information to help drive performance
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints, both trade and consumer facing
Assist with product and brand training for retail staff
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour
Track and analyse trade marketing performance and propose improvements
Your Profile
Background in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or experience within beauty retail
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage shifting priorities
Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences
Fluent in English and French, other European languages are a plus
Based in or open to relocating to Berlin
