As Sales Deputy Manager, Export India, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Electric Heating (EH) business across India, Bhutan, and Nepal. Your efforts will directly influence market growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help us maintain our position as a global leader in sustainable heating solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales development activities and deliver ambitious targets across India, Bhutan, and Nepal.
  • Identify client needs and design customized solutions for electric heating applications in residential, commercial, and light industrial segments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and decision-makers to create long-term value.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to product delivery—while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Export team to develop a clear go-to-market strategy and maximize business opportunities.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor trends, and prepare insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Deliver compelling value-based presentations and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A growth-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Proven experience in electrical sales or a related role, ideally within electric heating solutions.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, with hands-on experience in dealer networks and distribution channel management.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to work independently, embrace challenges, and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (40–50%) and build relationships across diverse geographies.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
  • A mindset that thrives on learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
